Her mission to close the gender gap achieved standout success: a 19% rise in women in senior leadership roles and a 23% improvement in the median gender bonus gap compared to 2023.
Caroline overhauled recruitment and development practices, launching a new system with blind CV screening and a mandatory ‘License to Recruit’ programme promoting inclusive hiring. This led to a 9% increase in female applicants and a rise in offers made to women—from 37% to 41%.
To nurture diverse talent, Caroline championed the High Potential (HIPO) Programme, with 40% of participants being women. She also introduced a three-tier Leadership Development Programme, already engaging over 200 colleagues, 40% of whom are women.
