Claire led the innovative development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the NHS, delivering significant productivity benefits for a workforce of 14,000 resident doctors. This modernisation freed resources for complex cases such as sexual safety and safeguarding. Beyond her Trust, Claire chairs the HPMA Northwest Branch, delivering over 20 learning events in 2025. Her most significant contribution is the development of a first-of-its-kind supervision framework and toolkit to support HR professionals handling traumatic cases. This toolkit, aiming for a national NHS launch in 2026, is designed to be accessible to all CIPD members.
