Danny led Aviva to achieve its 2026 financial targets a year early while reaching record employee engagement levels. She launched "Lead the Way," a flagship program for 6,000 leaders, and established "Aviva University Academies" focused on digital and data skills. Her commitment to reskilling has successfully moved over 250 colleagues into IT roles. Danny also oversaw the integration of AIG and Probitas, while beginning the integration of 10,000 Direct Line colleagues. Under her leadership, Aviva was ranked the second-best place to work in the UK, reflecting her expertise in building a future-focused, commercial HR function.
