Under David’s leadership, Circle Health Group was named one of the “Best Companies Top 5 Employers to Work for in the UK.” His focus on engagement and retention has driven a significant reduction in staff attrition to just 10%, saving £800,000 per month in agency staffing costs. Sickness absence has also dropped to 3.5%, well below the 5% industry average.

A major highlight of 2024 was David’s leadership of the company’s largest-ever digital transformation: the implementation of Workday. By consolidating three legacy systems, he streamlined HR operations, improved access to services, and drove adoption through clear communication and engagement.

David championed diversity, equity, and inclusion through a new DEI board, updated workplace policies, and advocacy initiatives. Circle Health Group earned the UK Defence Gold Award for its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.

He also played a critical role in guiding the business through its acquisition by Pure Health Group, hosting “Chat CEO, Chat CPO” virtual town halls that reached over 4,000 employees and ensured transparency during the transition.

David’s focus on talent development has seen over 1,000 managers complete the "Learning to Lead" programme and more than 200 apprenticeships launched. Innovations like AI-driven interview scheduling further improved hiring efficiency.
