Heather Saville Gupta

Heather defined a unique culture for BritBox’s global team across London, New York, and Sydney by leading a grassroots initiative to create authentic company values. These values were embedded into every touchpoint, from hiring to recognition, and supported by a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The result was zero regretted attrition in 2025 and significant improvements in employee engagement and innovation scores. Her leadership culminated in BritBox being named "Broadcast’s Best Place to Work in TV 2026." Heather demonstrated how a strategic People function can shape a distinct identity within a larger corporate portfolio.
