Katie joined OneAdvanced in December 2023 to transform an under-resourced People function into a strategic partner driving both customer and employee outcomes. Quickly establishing credibility with the Executive Leadership Team, she designed and launched a comprehensive two-year Transformation programme, top-grading talent across People and the wider organisation.
Her leadership delivered significant enhancements across multiple areas in 2024, including new performance and development frameworks, cohort-based leadership programmes, and a Learning Management and Experience System. Katie also led total rewards redesign with new pay review processes, payroll automation, and equity programmes aligned with ESG 2030 goals.
On the people experience front, Katie introduced a refreshed Employee Value Proposition, a new engagement survey, and a Culture Champions network. Operational improvements included a redesigned People function operating model, upgraded HRIS systems, enhanced analytics dashboards, and re-engineered critical processes. In talent acquisition, 55% of the top 100 leaders were upgraded, supporting organisational growth.
Key success metrics highlight Katie’s impact: a 67% upgrade of the People function, a functional maturity increase from 1.22 to 2.47, an eNPS rise of +8 points, and a remarkable payroll accuracy improvement to 100%. The gender pay gap was closed to -0.33% median, while AI-driven payroll automation saved 67% in efficiency. Despite extensive transformation and restructuring, voluntary attrition remained stable.
Katie also championed thought leadership via podcasts, webinars, and external media appearances, strengthening OneAdvanced’s brand and HR reputation. Her work exemplifies strategic HR leadership delivering measurable business results.
