Under her guidance, Ipsos has achieved its lowest attrition since 2020 and record interest in early career opportunities. The company was named among the Financial Times UK’s Best Employers of 2025 and ranked highest in its industry.
Kerri’s People First Leadership Behaviours initiative was developed from employee feedback and has reshaped Ipsos’ leadership culture. Through cross-company workshops and reflection sessions, it fostered open dialogue, empowering employees to contribute feedback and enabling targeted leadership development. This has improved team dynamics, communication, and reinforced a culture of continuous growth.
Employee engagement metrics reflect Kerri’s impact: 89% would recommend Ipsos as a great place to work; trust in leadership rose by 11 points; and 12 points more employees observed concrete actions taken on feedback. Confidence in Ipsos’ future stands at 90%, highlighting a thriving workplace.
Kerri launched Ignite, a leadership growth programme focusing on skills and strengths, and provides personal mentoring. She also led Ipsos’ AI readiness, driving 90% completion of AI certification and championing the use of Ipsos Facto, a proprietary generative AI tool.
Her commitment to inclusion is evident in initiatives like the Belong Festival of Inclusion, with 89% agreeing Ipsos is diversity-friendly and 84% feeling they can be their authentic selves at work.
