Sarah led a full-scale cultural transformation following Thalia’s separation from a larger infrastructure group. She moved employee engagement from a low of 36% to a record 75% by focusing on psychological safety and inclusion. Operationally, she reduced attrition from 50% in some areas to just 16% overall and achieved 98% payroll accuracy. Sarah also eliminated the gender pay gap and increased female representation at the executive level in a traditionally male-dominated sector. Her work earned her the title of "IIP Leader of the Year 2025" and secured Silver accreditation for the organisation.
